With feeling by touch, consider the level of success you want to attain, and create a specific scenario for your visualization. This can be something as simple as walking into your corner office with a view, sitting in your large comfortable leather chair, and feeling yourself sinking into the seat. Placing your hands on your solid wood desk and feeling the smooth grains underneath your hands. These minute details really help you to connect to the visualization.
With emotions, it is more about how you feel on the inside. Your happiness and excitement, your feeling of contentment and security. Joy, pride, really anything that you think you would experience when you achieved that dream.
Add Visualization to Your Routine
Lastly, use everything you learned to add a visualization practice to your routine. Instead of just doing it here and there when you think about it or have free time, add it into your regular routine just like any other appointment.
